Hypnotherapy is a safe, alternative and complementary form of therapy that uses the power of suggestion to encourage a positive change.

For other issues, these may require a longer-term approach with regular weekly sessions. We will work out together how many sessions you might need when you start therapy and we will be flexible when it comes to decreasing or increasing the number of sessions according to your progress and needs.

You will click on the link at the time of the appointment and the appointment will begin. We can also hold an appointment over FaceTime. I will call you at the agreed time on the number that you have supplied to begin the appointment.
